Content on this website, including pages, blog posts and answers from our AI assistant, is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Project prices and rates shown are typical ranges; actual engagements are quoted and governed by a separate written agreement. Fixed prices shown for sessions you can book and pay for on this site are the amount charged. The assistant runs on AI and can make mistakes; anything that matters should be confirmed with a human before you rely on it.
Bookings and payments
Appointments booked through this site are scheduled via Google Calendar and, where paid, processed by Google's payment integration. Discovery session fees are credited toward a project when the engagement proceeds, as described on the relevant page. Rescheduling or cancelling can be done from your booking confirmation. Published prices may change at any time. Any change applies only to bookings made after it takes effect: the price shown when you confirm and pay is the price you pay, and we will not charge a different amount for a session you have already booked.
Taxes
Prices on this website are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. The Paid Discovery session is the exception: it is a fixed A$999 including GST, charged at booking. Where a supply is made to a non-resident outside Australia, we treat it as a GST-free export of services under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999.
Intellectual property
The Nexerada name, mark, website design, generative artwork and content are owned by Nexerada Pty Ltd. You're welcome to link to and share our pages; please don't reproduce substantial parts, scrape the site, or pass our work off as your own without written permission.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the website or the assistant: no attempts to break, overload or probe the site's security, no unlawful content, and no using the assistant for anything other than genuine enquiries about Nexerada.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond those rights, the website is provided as-is, and to the extent permitted by law we're not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content or from interruptions to the site's availability.
